The Playground is where you test and refine agents before they go live. Chat with any agent, tweak its model and persona in real time, and review past sessions, all in one place.

What you'll do

Select an agent from the dropdown

Adjust AI settings (model, persona, relevancy checking)

Send test messages with optional file attachments

Review conversation history to track improvements

Select an Agent

1. Go to AI Workspace → Playground.
2. Use the searchable dropdown at the top of the left panel to pick an agent.

Switching to a different agent resets the current session and clears the chat. Previous sessions remain in history and can be reopened at any time.

Adjust AI Settings

The left panel shows the current agent's live settings. Any change is saved directly to the agent, no save button needed.

Setting	Description
AI Model	Choose from models grouped by provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Relevancy Checking	Toggle on to make the agent validate whether questions fall within its scope.
Edit Persona	Opens a modal to update the agent's persona (system prompt). Changes take effect on the next message.

Playground is the fastest way to iterate on a persona. Make a change, send a test message, see the difference — repeat until it's right.

Chat and Evaluate

1. Type your message and press Ctrl+Enter (or click Send).
2. You can attach up to 2 images per message using the paperclip icon in the toolbar.
1. Click the paperclip dropdown to choose between:
- Upload Photo — Attach images directly (PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.)
- Attach Files — Upload documents or select from Drive (PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, PPTX, etc.)
4. After the agent responds, follow-up suggestions may appear below the message. Click any to send it immediately — great for exploring edge cases quickly.

Files attached to a session are available to the agent for the entire conversation. You can view and manage attached files using the file panel icon in the top-right corner.

Review Conversation History

1. Pick an agent in the left panel. Its past sessions appear under AI Settings. Press Ctrl+H to collapse or expand the panel.
2. Click any session to load it. Use the three-dot menu on a session to pin, rename, or delete it.
3. The three-dot menu at the top right of the chat also lets you view files in the chat, pin, rename, or delete the current session.
