The AI Consultant is a dedicated chat interface for working through business challenges. It asks the right questions, structures your thinking, and compiles your conversation into a formal Business Requirements Document (BRD), emailed directly to you.

Open Explore

  1. 1. Go to Explore in the sidebar. The AI Consultant loads automatically — no agent selection needed.
  2. 2. On the empty state, you'll see example prompts to get you started. Click one or type your own challenge and press Enter or Ctrl+Enter.

Have a Focused Conversation

The consultant responds and asks clarifying questions to explore your problem. The more context you provide, the more useful the final BRD will be.

A strong opening prompt looks like: "We're losing leads because our sales team takes 3–5 days to follow up after a demo. We need a way to automate follow-ups without losing the personal touch."

You can also attach up to 2 images per message (click the image icon in the toolbar) to share screenshots, diagrams, or any visual context.

Share real numbers, timelines, and constraints where you have them. Specific inputs produce specific, actionable BRDs.

Reach the BRD Threshold

Once your session has at least 10 messages, the BRD export becomes available. This feature is only accessible to Admins and Managers.

You'll know it's ready when a "Ready to generate BRD report" prompt appears above the input box.

The BRD export is unavailable until the session has at least 10 messages. The dropdown shows how many more messages are needed.

Export the BRD

  1. 1. Click the session title at the top of the chat. A dropdown appears.
  2. 2. Select Export to BRD.
  3. 3. Confirm or update the recipient email. Your account email is pre-filled.
  4. 4. Click Generate. The system compiles the conversation into a structured BRD and emails it.
  5. 5. After generation, click View Detail to read the full BRD directly in the app — no need to check your inbox first.
