Dashboard Galleries

Visualize your AI's insights. Pin generated charts and diagrams into custom, drag-and-drop dashboards for effortless reporting.

Dashboard Galleries let you collect charts and diagrams generated in chat and pin them into persistent, shareable dashboards. Any visual your agent produces can be exported to a gallery and viewed there permanently.

Export to Gallery is available to Admins and Managers. Staff users cannot export to galleries.

Create a Gallery

  1. 1. Go to Galleries in the sidebar and click New Gallery.
  2. 2. Enter a Gallery Name (required) — e.g. "Sales Dashboard" or "Q2 Finance Overview".
  3. 3. Add a Description (optional) — a short note about what this gallery contains.
  4. 4. Click Create. You need at least one gallery before you can export anything from chat.

Export a Chart from Chat

Export a specific diagram directly

  1. 1. When an agent generates a diagram, hover over it. An Export (upload) icon appears in the top-left corner.
  2. 2. Click it, select the target gallery, and confirm.

Export from message actions

  1. 1. Below each agent message, hover to reveal the action row.
  2. 2. Click the Export icon there to see all visuals in that message.
  3. 3. Select the ones you want and choose the target gallery.

Use message-level export when a single response contains multiple visuals and you want to pick which ones to keep.

Arrange Items on the Dashboard

  1. Every diagram also has a toolbar on hover: Zoom in/out, Reset, Fullscreen, and Download (PNG, JPG, or SVG).
  2. 1. Drag items to reposition them anywhere on the dashboard.
  3. 2. Resize items using the handle at the bottom-right corner. Layout changes are saved automatically.

Delete Items or the Gallery

  • Hover over any item and click the trash icon to remove it from the gallery.
  • To delete the entire gallery, use the trash icon in the gallery toolbar.

Deleting a gallery is permanent. The original chat messages that generated the visuals are not affected.
